ArnoldBoecklin

An implementation of the "Arnold Boecklin font", with weight "ExtraBold", both in Adobe Type 1 and in Compugraphic format. I am not familiar with the compugraphic fonts, and I hope that the compugraphic implementation is good; I work primarily with PS fonts (with TeX), and ArnoldBoecklin-ExtraBold is complete with hints, composite characters and kerning.
